Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers to our premium services. If you are not completely satisfied with our digital business card or WhatsApp store services, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription.

The satisfaction guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers and covers the initial subscription fee. Additional purchases, upgrades, or renewal fees are subject to different refund conditions outlined in this policy.

To be eligible for our satisfaction guarantee, you must have used our services in good faith and not violated any terms of service. Accounts found to be abusing the system or engaging in fraudulent activities are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible Circumstances

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances: technical issues preventing service access for more than 48 hours, billing errors or duplicate charges, service cancellation within the satisfaction guarantee period, or failure to deliver promised features as described in our service documentation.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are non-refundable, including: custom design work that has been completed and delivered, physical NFC cards that have been manufactured and shipped, third-party integration fees, and services used beyond the satisfaction guarantee period.

Digital business cards that have been actively shared or distributed are considered delivered services and may not be eligible for full refunds. WhatsApp store setup fees are non-refundable once the store has been configured and activated.

Training sessions, consultation services, and premium support packages are non-refundable once delivered. Domain registration fees and SSL certificate costs are non-refundable as these are third-party services.

Subscription renewals are non-refundable unless cancelled within 48 hours of the renewal date. Annual subscription discounts cannot be refunded if the service is cancelled mid-term.

Any promotional credits, bonus features, or complimentary services provided are non-refundable and have no cash value.

Services used in violation of our terms of service or acceptable use policy are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with third-party integrations or external service limitations beyond our control.

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our customer support team at support@ecorevcard.qa with your account details, order number, and reason for the refund request. Include any relevant documentation or screenshots that support your claim.

All refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days. We may request additional information or clarification during the review process. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Processing Time

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.

Partial Refunds

Pro-rated Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial or pro-rated refunds based on the unused portion of your subscription. This applies to annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term or services that were partially delivered.

Service Downgrade

If you downgrade your service plan, the difference in cost may be credited to your account for future use rather than refunded, depending on the timing and circumstances of the downgrade.

Partial refunds are calculated based on the remaining subscription period and may be subject to administrative fees or minimum usage requirements.

Custom work or premium features that have been partially completed may be subject to partial billing based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.

Pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions will be calculated on a monthly basis, minus any promotional discounts that were applied to the original purchase.

Service credits from partial refunds expire 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be transferred to other accounts or converted to cash.

Partial refunds may be denied if the service has been used extensively or if the cancellation occurs near the end of the billing period.
