These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ecore vCard website, mobile applications, and services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

"Digital Business Card" refers to the electronic contact information sharing solution provided through our platform.
"WhatsApp Store" refers to our e-commerce solution integrated with WhatsApp. These definitions help clarify the terminology used throughout this document and ensure a common understanding of the terms used.
Account Registration and Security
To use certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Digital Business Card Services
Ecore vCard provides digital business card solutions that allow users to create, customize, and share their contact information electronically. You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our Services.
User Content and Licensing
By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and promoting our Services.
You agree not to use our Digital Business Card services to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe upon the rights of others, share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or engage in any fraudulent activity.
WhatsApp Store Services
Our WhatsApp Store service enables users to create and manage e-commerce stores integrated with WhatsApp for business purposes. If you use our WhatsApp Store services as a merchant, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of product information and fulfilling orders as advertised.
You must comply with all applicable commercial laws and regulations, manage customer service and returns, and secure necessary permissions and rights for all products sold. Payment processing services for WhatsApp Store users are provided by authorized payment processors and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Subscription and Payment Terms
We offer various subscription plans for our Services. The features and limitations of each plan are described on our pricing page. All payments are due in advance according to your selected billing cycle.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the subscription plan you have selected. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which may be added to the final payment amount where applicable according to Qatari tax regulations.

Intellectual Property Rights

User Conduct
You agree not to use our Services to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe upon the rights of others, transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
You must not impersonate any person or entity or engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our Services. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our Services or related systems is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Ecore TechCo Qatar, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Services, any conduct or content of any third party on our Services, any content obtained from our Services, or unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ecore TechCo Qatar expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Your continued use of the Services after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically for any changes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively settled in the courts of Qatar.
You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Qatar, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
